letinsky preview, impressions and ariel pink

this is a visual depiction of me this past week. my first semester is coming to an end and the assignments just keep piling and piling and i keep shrinking and dissolving into their soul crushing grip (help). it's sunday night, and i was going to study for exams, but today was such a long day that i thought i would be productive in a better, more relaxing way which is writing a blog post!

so as i said in my past blog posts, i'm working on my laura letinsky photo reinvention. here are two previews from my first roll:

i don't know why, but i have such a love for contact sheets... maybe it's my obsession with symmetry???

also here's a little shrine that includes things that belong to me, my mom and my brother (please excuse my horrible scanner/how dark it is oopsies)

i've also been writing a lot of letters to people and writing a lot more frequently in my diary which means that my sticker collection is growing- while at the same time decreasing i guess? 

but here are some new flower stickers i picked up ah they're so pretty

wow i feel like my brain is jumping all over the place and i don't know how to write a proper post anymore help me!! anyhoo speaking of stickers last week i covered my ipod in stickers and now i feel like a wee baby when i listen to music on the bus... but that's okay!

i also tried to draw ariel pink and sadly could not capture his beauty- but damn can you say hair goals am i right or what?!?!?!

OH LORDAND LASTLY this video is dedicated to the cutie caitlin because she wanted to hear my david bowie impression ((((sorry you all have to witness this)))). hehe had a lot of fun playing with the video effects as you can see
